I'm a Support & Systems Administrator with over 7 years of hands-on experience administering virtualized infrastructure — Proxmox, VMware, and Nutanix — alongside Linux and Windows Server environments, backups, and enterprise systems.

A core part of my work is direct end-user support: I keep platforms and systems running for 4,000+ users, troubleshooting issues, and making sure the virtualization layer underneath stays healthy — clusters, VMs, storage, and backups included. This also covers Active Directory administration and Microsoft 365 administration — creating and managing user accounts, mailboxes, and access across the organization.

I enjoy solving infrastructure problems end-to-end: from the hypervisor to the person on the other end of a support ticket, automating repetitive tasks, and building systems that scale cleanly as user numbers grow.
